You can view, search, download and print everything — forever. - **No automatic deletion** — We never delete project data when a license ends or a quota is reached. There is no retention countdown. - **Renew and resume instantly** — Renewing restores write access immediately. Nothing to migrate, nothing to re-import. - **Documents in flow always finish** — A document already moving through an approval flow completes its flow, whatever changes around it. Contract evidence is never left hanging mid-approval. - **Sealed documents stay valid** — A sealed PDF carries its own digital certificate. It verifies independently of your license status, forever. - **Storage quota blocks new uploads only** — Going over the storage quota stops new uploads. Existing files are never touched. ## Frequently asked questions ### Why per project and not per user? A construction project is a team of companies — owner, engineer, contractor, designer — working on the same documents. Counting seats punishes exactly the collaboration the system is for, so a license covers the whole project team. ### What does “unlimited” cover? Every tier — including Basic — has unlimited members and unlimited documents. The tiers differ in which document types and modules are enabled, and in storage. ### How is Enterprise priced? Enterprise starts at the listed price and is quoted per project — scoped to construction floor area (CFA), duration and the modules you enable. Tell us your project and we will come back with a quote that fits. ### Can we change tier mid-project? Yes. Moving up a tier is an activation, not a migration — your documents, workflows and history stay exactly where they are, and the new capabilities switch on for the same project. ### What happens at handover? The record stays. Every document, revision and approval remains viewable and downloadable after the project closes, whatever the tier. ## Full feature list (from the changelog — headline and note per shipped feature) ### Mobile & LINE - Document Files: a file store organised by document — A project file store arranged the way the documents are: type, then document number, then revision — with every file attached to that document gathered in one place, whether it came in with the form, during a review step, in a reply, as the signed PDF, or as a site photograph. Switch between a list and a thumbnail grid; the preview pane on the right holds its space permanently, so the file list is no longer squeezed when a file is selected. Select several files and download them as one ZIP, search across the whole store, filter by company, star the files you return to, and see what you opened recently. PDF files open in the application itself. Files can be shared as a link, either to the people already on the document or publicly, with an expiry date, revocable at any time, and forwarded to LINE in one button. A project administrator can lock a folder for a whole document type or for a single document; a locked document disappears from everything that user can see — counts, search results and starred items included — so nothing hints that a hidden document exists. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-ADD-01) - Sign in with LINE — Connect your LINE account to your user account in Settings, and from then on the LINE button on the sign-in page gets you in without a password. Linking can only be done from an account you are already signed in to, one LINE account belongs to exactly one user, and no account is ever created automatically — anyone who has not linked signs in exactly as before. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-03) - Share a document into a LINE chat or group — A share button on the document page and in the Document Log sends a document straight into a LINE chat or group, or copies a link for you to paste yourself. The recipient gets a card carrying the number, the subject and the current stage, with a button that opens it. Several documents can go at once from the selection bar in the Document Log, and the button is there on a phone too — sharing into the site group is work done on site. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-04) - Manpower and photo counts on the Daily Report printout — The print dialog gains a section that belongs to the Daily Report alone: print the manpower broken down by trade, and the number of photos on each report. Manpower reads as a line under the subject rather than a column, because what you want from it is who was on site that day, not a number to sort by. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-08) - The device camera and pull-to-refresh in the mobile app — The photo work that was still going through a file picker — reporting and following up defects, the inspection gallery, and staging photos for a site inspection (RI) — now opens the device camera directly in the mobile app. And any page can be refreshed by pulling down on it, sidebar badges included, instead of reaching for the refresh button in the header. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-10) - The sign-in page and its release-notes panel — The Google, Microsoft and LINE buttons are down to their logos and share one row, splitting the width evenly between whichever are enabled — with words on them a third button fell to a third line and pushed the footer off the screen. The release-notes panel beside the form switches between Thai and English, always shows the three most recent releases, and gives every item a heading, the way the changelog on the website does. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-CHG-02) - The "Defects Docs" app for Android phones — Available on Google Play, for raising and following up site defects in the field: photos straight from the device camera, instant notifications, and it keeps working in areas with no signal. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-01) - Camera-first forms on mobile — For document types built around site photography, the project administrator can set the form to open the camera straight away on a phone. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-06) - Finer per-type form settings — Choose for each document type whether it appears in the mobile app, whether the AI drafting button is offered, and whether the form shows the Create By field. Document types hidden from the menu no longer appear on the guided create page. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-03) - My Watch List — Bookmark the documents and drawings you care about and see them together in a dashboard card, each with an AI-written progress summary, and receive bell and email notifications for every movement. Documents you create are watched automatically. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-09) - Notification when a drawing is revised — Anyone watching a drawing in their Watch List is notified the moment a revised sheet is uploaded. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-11) - Notification improvements — Notifications are grouped into finer categories (document work, defects, reports to our team, and system messages) that can be switched off individually, old notifications are cleared automatically, and the support-reply email can be edited per project like every other email type. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-04) - Printed site inspections (RI) — The per-round inspect-and-rectify history and each checklist line's evidence photos now appear under that line on the printed form; previously they could only be seen on screen. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-05) - Site holiday calendar — Project administrators can record the project's holidays in Settings, and the week timeline on the dashboard shades those days with the holiday's name. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-13) - Redesigned Document Log — A From/To column with company emblems, a new status-label style, file previews, and a clearer event timeline. The log supports filtering by company and reviewing earlier versions of a document. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-02) - Redesigned notification emails — Document summaries are presented as cards with dark-mode support and project and sender-company emblems. Urgent documents are consolidated into a single email addressed correctly to primary and copy recipients, with improved Thai typography. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-03) - Full mobile support — The display across all parts of the system has been optimized for use on mobile phones. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-04) - Opening a document from an email without signing in — Recipients can open the document file straight from a notification email. The document is shown according to the recipient's own permissions, links can be given an expiry date and revoked, and every opening is recorded. The project administrator enables this capability, which is off by default. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-06) - A "Last 7 days" card on the user dashboard — A timeline of the past week where each day carries its weather from the daily report (shaded by severity), that day's document count, a short note, and the site photos, which open full size on the spot. On a phone it condenses to the last three days. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-12) - The 3D plan view, and the project overview pages — A 3D plan view (Timeliner) with an S-curve progress chart, a project areas overview, a directory of everyone involved, and a project map. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-12) - Notifications and email summaries — A notification bell for recent activity, alerts to everyone involved whenever a document moves, daily/weekly email summaries, and admin-editable email messages. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-16) ### Signatures & Security - Personal account settings now live in one place — Personal settings, profile, password and the account deletion request have moved to an account page that belongs to the whole workspace rather than to a project. It is reachable from anywhere, including by a user who is not yet a member of any project — who previously could not reach it at all. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-CHG-03) - Traffic Map on the dashboard — A full-width band under the 7-day strip that puts the project's whole workflow in one picture — each stage is a circle, and every document in progress is a dot travelling the path between stages, so you can see at once where work is piling up. Dots carry the colour of the company that raised the document, with a colour key underneath; a stage holding a lot of documents changes colour and expression so it is hard to miss; and pointing at a stage highlights only the paths connected to it. The paths match the workflow the project administrator designed, including return-for-revision routes and stage-skipping forwards. Everyone on the project sees the band without having to turn it on. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-01) - Pin the inspection position on the floor plan — A new field for site inspection work: pick a location that carries a key plan — the per-floor image uploaded on the project home page — and tap the plan to pin where the inspection took place. Several pins are allowed and each remembers its own location. A project administrator can add the field to any document type from the workflow designer, and new projects get it on the site inspection (RI) form from the start. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-05) - Projects can create their own document types — From the workflow design tool, administrators can add a new document type with its own name, code and icon, then design its workflow, form fields and permissions exactly like a standard type. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-07) - Exporting and importing document types across projects — A complete document type (workflow, form fields, settings, permissions, checklists and email wording) can be exported as a file and installed in another project, with a review step before importing and the option to withdraw it later. A library of standard types is included, starting with Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and Punch List. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-08) - Digital signing on PDF documents — Reviewers can annotate and mark up files submitted by contractors, apply their own signature, and save the result as a signed document that is forwarded to the next stage. Signed documents carry a digital seal and a QR code for verifying authenticity and confirming that the document has not been altered. Multiple signatures may be stored per user and selected at the time of signing. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-01) - Sign in with a Microsoft account — For organisations that use Microsoft accounts. Signing in with an existing username or an email address remains supported. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-09) - Pages explaining permissions and workflows — Users can look up what each permission level is able to do, and which stages each document type must pass through. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-11) - Finding a document by part of its number — Typing any portion of a document number now finds it, both in the document list and in the administrator's finder. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-09) - AUTODOCS has been rebuilt from the ground up — faster, easier to use, and more reliable — while keeping the same workflows and document numbers you already know. It takes effect on 1 July 2026 and applies to projects that start on or after that date. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-CHG-01) - All of your existing data has been moved over — documents, signatures, attachments, images, and user accounts (your old password still works). (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-01) - Sign in with Google, and reset your own password — Sign in with your Google account (for invited project members), plus a forgot-password reset so you can set a new one yourself. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-02) - A redesigned Account page — update your profile, set your password, and draw your own signature, all in one place. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-CHG-02) - Project admins can design each document type's workflow themselves — steps, who is responsible, result options, access permissions, and the form fields — without waiting for developers to change the software. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-08) - Generate a PDF cover page and a full-document PDF (including item tables) for every type, in multiple formats — standard, AIA, and FIDIC — with a document-certification seal. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-14) - Full project settings: companies (logo and brand colour), members and invitations, roles, document subjects, work types, the document-number format, and email messages — with permissions that hide settings from those who can't edit. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-19) ### Drawings - The Traffic Map: count drawings, click through, and read more easily — A switch on the card header changes what the whole map counts — documents or drawings — because one approval document can carry several drawings, so the real backlog for the person managing drawings is not a count of documents. The switch appears only on document types that actually carry drawings. Clicking a stage's weather symbol now goes straight to that stage's documents, and the paths and count labels no longer overlap each other. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-CHG-01) - Printing and exporting the Document Log — A print button on every Document Log offers four outputs: a register PDF (choose the columns, with the project letterhead), a single bound PDF of every document in full with a cover sheet, table of contents and continuous page numbers, plus Excel and CSV — all following the filters on screen, or just the selected rows, with print settings remembered per document type. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-12) - Exporting the drawing register as a PDF (Drawing List) — Choose the scope by drawing status and building, seeded from the filters on screen, and download a PDF file directly. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-14) - The drawing register on a phone — Rows become cards carrying the drawing number, name, building and review stages, laid out for a small screen, and the file viewer rearranges its controls to fit. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-06) - Summary cards on the drawing status page — Drawing counts per stage as cards that filter the list on click, with overdue counts and a week-over-week trend, plus a building tab strip for filtering the register. The register also loads faster. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-15) - A Drawing Types settings page — Project administrators can add and edit the drawing categories that appear under the Drawings menu themselves. A category still holding drawings can be renamed but never deleted, so no drawing is orphaned. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-16) - Improvements to the workflow design tool — A clearer diagram layout, conditional stages for branching a review path, undo and redo while editing, easier drawing of connections between stages, and a record of when the configuration was last saved. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-06) - The drawing register table — The drawing name now sits under its number in a single column, text is the same size as every other table in the system, and the five review-stage columns (Review / Other / Reply / Final / Con) sort by their dates. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-12) - The drawing file viewer — PDF read mode fills the panel when maximised, the markup toggle joins the other controls in the header, and files open and download named after the drawing number instead of an unreadable file id. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-13) - Drawing location is its own column — Moved out from under the drawing name to a column of its own after the number, shown as a badge per building with the floors it covers, and sortable by location. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-14) - Stages that never applied to a drawing — These cells now carry a diagonal pattern instead of a dash, which read as missing data. The Reply column shows replies made through forwarding, and vertical rules make a row easier to follow. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-15) - Collapsible group bands in the drawing register — Bands such as "Approved Drawings (328)" fold away so only the group in hand is on screen. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-19) - Create-time options: CC recipients, Urgent, reviewer and references — When creating a document you can pick CC recipients by position, mark it Urgent, choose the reviewer, add your signature, reference other documents, and attach the drawings being submitted. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-03) - Drawings — Drawings: drawing numbering, phases, new uploads and revisions, linking drawing approval to an RFA, and a drawing-status overview. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-11) ### Site Work - A calendar summary page on the Daily Report printout — The Daily Report register now opens with a month-by-month calendar of the range being printed: a dot under every date that has a report (with a number beside it on days carrying several), holidays shaded and named underneath, and a summary of the report count, working days and holidays. Which days went without a report is visible at a glance. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-07) - Starting at the camera now covers every photo field — A document type set to open at the camera on a phone works for every kind of photo field, not only the standard one — the Daily Report photos and the inspection photo widgets included. It also picks a field that is actually on the create form, so it can no longer aim at a camera belonging to a later stage. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-CHG-03) - Site photos on any document type — Project administrators can add a photo field to any document type, setting a minimum and maximum number of photos, caption and area boxes, camera-only capture, and embedding the date, time and location on each photo. Attached photos appear on the document page, on the printed form, and in ZIP downloads (which now also include Daily Report photos, previously missing from the ZIP). (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-02) - Site inspections (RI) — Photos can be attached when creating an inspection and when starting it, the checklist follows what the project administrator configured, and the review page presents the same information as the create form. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-09) - Every document type supported — All document types are supported as before: RFA, RFI, SI (Site Memo), RI (site inspection), RW, VO, PMI, EI, Contract (including cancelling a published document), Safety Inspection, and Defects. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-09) - Daily Report — Daily Report: an on-site weather widget (fetched automatically), records of manpower/equipment, work progress, and on-site photos uploaded as a gallery. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-10) ### Dashboards & Traffic Map - A clearer workflow diagram in the guidance pages — The workflow diagram in the guidance pages is framed at the same zoom as the Traffic Map, so a short workflow is no longer blown up to fill the frame and read out of proportion. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-CHG-06) - The Traffic Map in the Document Log — click a stage to filter — The same map now sits on the Document Log as well, and clicking any stage circle narrows the list to the documents held at that stage; click it again to go back to everything. Seeing where work has piled up and getting to the actual documents is one click, not two screens. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-02) - Set a dashboard card to the height you want — Drag a card's bottom edge to fix its height; anything taller scrolls inside the card. Double-click or press Delete to go back to the natural height. The height is remembered per card group, and survives reordering the cards or changing their width. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-09) - Levels and badges (Achievements) — Points accumulate from real work across every project, climbing a ten-step ladder, with fourteen badges in Thai construction-site humour such as "Before the rooster" and "Documents through the rain". Past work is counted retroactively from the day you started. See them on a dashboard card, your own achievements page, and a level chip in the project directory; colleagues' achievements are visible, but there is no leaderboard. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-10) - The dashboard board is resizable — Drag its right edge to narrow or widen it; the cards repack between three, two and one columns, and the chosen width is remembered. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-11) - The "Last 7 days" dashboard card — Switch between showing the last 3 and the last 7 days. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-12) - Role-based dashboard — Users can arrange the information cards on the home page to suit their work. The dashboard presents documents awaiting action, a contractor overview, and a daily summary of document status generated by the AI assistant, in both Thai and English. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-01) - Dashboard cards can be dragged into order — Beyond choosing which cards to show, users can now drag them into the arrangement they prefer. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-08) - A "Where work is stuck" card on the dashboard — A four-stage funnel showing how many documents are currently sitting with their creator, with a reviewer, waiting on replies from other parties, or with the approver, with the overdue count for each stage in red. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-16) - A search box on the dashboard — Type to filter the cards and document lists on the dashboard as you go, with a toggle for the filtered view. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-17) - The project overview dashboard, and the Issued Certificate — A project overview dashboard with a map, and an Issued Certificate page showing the parties and the order of signatories. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-ADD-18) ### Documents & Workflow - Filter the rows you print by the values in a column — The printed document register can now be narrowed properly: several values in the same column, and filters on sender and recipient, which had none before. Print only the documents from the contractor to the construction manager that are under review or approved and fall due this month. The number of rows printed always matches the number that actually match. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-ADD-05) - An integration API, opened on request — An organisation that wants document status inside its own systems can now ask for a connection. It is closed and customer-scoped rather than a public service: it is enabled one project at a time, credentials are issued for that project alone, both are off until asked for, and switching it off withdraws access immediately. The connection is read-only and returns metadata only — document number, status, version, current workflow stage — and can never return document content, attachments, or a link to a file. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-ADD-06) - Sort the printed register by any column — There used to be two orderings; anyone who wanted another exported to Excel and sorted it there. Every printed column can now be sorted, in either direction. Document numbers sort numerically (RFA-9 before RFA-10), Thai text sorts the way Thai readers expect, and rows with no value always sink to the bottom whichever way you sort. PDF, CSV and Excel all come out in the same order. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-CHG-04) - The form builder names a field for you — Adding a field in the workflow builder now saves straight away: the internal reference name is derived from the label you typed. Previously it had to be filled in by hand, and leaving it empty failed the save without saying what to type. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-CHG-05) - Choose a date range before printing the Document Log — The print dialog now takes a date range, defaulting to the last month. Printing used to sweep the entire history every time, so a routine job that wanted "last month" got a hundred-page file. Clear the range to get everything as before — and the range you chose is printed on the register header, so nobody files the document away believing it covers the whole project. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-ADD-06) - Filtering the Document Log got simpler — The per-stage count cards are now the filter themselves: click a stage to see only the documents in it, click again for everything. The separate status dropdown is gone, since it did the same job twice. The cards follow the real workflow order and push withdrawn and deleted to the end, and the work-trade and company fields can be typed into instead of scrolled through. (2.0.4, ref 2.0.4-CHG-01) - Photos with an embedded time and location stamp — Photos taken through the system can carry the date, time and coordinates printed onto the image itself, so the information stays with the photo even after it leaves the system. Coordinates open on a map, and a camera button has been added to comments and replies. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-03) - Creating documents without a signal — If the connection drops while filling in or submitting, the document with its photos and attachments is kept on the device and sent automatically when the signal returns, without creating duplicates. Pending drafts appear in the Document Log with buttons to send now, retry, or discard. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-04) - Photos attached at a review stage — Contractors can attach photos, such as after-repair photos, directly at their own stage. The project administrator chooses which stages ask for photos and the minimum count. Stage photos join the document history and the printed form just like photos added at creation. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-05) - Adding a recipient to an open forwarding round — While replies are pending, another party can be added to the same round without starting a new one. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-ADD-17) - The VO form — Choosing Addition or Omission is now a clear labelled choice with a note on how it affects the value, and the form points it out when nothing is selected. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-10) - Fine print in the text editor — A toolbar button for setting text in a smaller size, for notes and annotations. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-15) - Setting who a stage forwards to — Project administrators define one "Next to" rule per stage, shown as a card per route in the order set in the workflow design tool. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-ADD-03) - A console for every link you have shared — One page listing the links you have shared — a project administrator sees the whole project's. Each row says which document it opens, who can open it, how long it has left, how many times it has been opened, and who created it. Links can be closed from here, and clicking a row goes to that document's file store. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-ADD-04) - A published privacy notice, and a copy of your own data — A privacy notice is now published, stating why data is collected, how long it is kept, the rights of the person it belongs to and where each is exercised, the external providers involved, and a contact channel that is actually monitored. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-ADD-07) - A per-project switch for AI features — AI-assisted features are enabled per project and off by default, for the project administrator to turn on. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-ADD-08) - Click a file name in the summary and land on the file — The "recently added" and "most used" lists on the file index summary now open the file when its name is clicked — for the files that person is entitled to see, under the existing rules. (2.0.5, ref 2.0.5-CHG-02) - iPhone (HEIC) photos are accepted in every browser — The system converts them to a standard image format automatically, and a file that cannot be read is refused immediately with its name, instead of being accepted and showing an empty image later. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-01) - Free choice of document-type icons — A catalogue of more than 130 icons, searchable in Thai and English, changeable for both custom and standard document types, with a reset back to the original icon. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-08) - The document summary page — The status table sorts, charts carry value labels, and each card explains itself under its heading. (2.0.3, ref 2.0.3-CHG-13) - Approving multiple documents at once — Users can review and approve documents consecutively within a single screen, specifying carbon-copy recipients, urgency, due dates, and the receiving company per document, or approve individual items quickly from the pending-tasks list. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-02) - AI-assisted drafting of document details — When creating a new document, the system can help draft the content of the details field for the user to refine further. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-04) - Self-service account deletion — Users can request deletion of their own account from the account settings page, with a 30-day grace period during which the request may be cancelled. The Terms of Service have been updated accordingly. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-05) - Administrator tool improvements — The user-management page shows all accounts in the system and now supports editing the project code, selecting the display time zone, and a more detailed user-registration verification process. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-05) - Release notes inside the system — Users can read each version's improvements from within the system, with a badge marking the items that individual user has not yet read. The team is notified immediately of a new report or a reply. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-08) - A guided starting page for creating documents — Every document type the user is permitted to create, gathered on one page with explanatory notes to help choose the correct type. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-10) - Faster uploading of on-site photos — Files are sent directly to storage, supporting larger files and more of them at once. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-07) - Plain-language error messages with a reference code — When something stops the user from finishing their work, the system explains it in ordinary language and shows a code for that error, which can be passed to an administrator to trace the cause. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-13) - Editing the project code from Settings — Project administrators can change the code themselves, with the consequences spelled out for confirmation before it is saved. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-ADD-14) - Company directory — Company codes appear on the badges, and companies are listed alphabetically. (2.0.2, ref 2.0.2-CHG-10) - One create form for every document type, with fields you choose — One create form works for every document type, and the project admin decides which fields each type shows and which are required. (2.0.1, ref 2.0.1-CHG-03) - A confirmation summary before you send — see who it goes to, what for, and the due date, sign right there, and if anything is missing the system takes you to the field you still need to fill in.
