Delete your Autodocs account

This page applies to accounts on the Autodocs platform, including the AutoDocs Defects mobile app — both use the same account.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

Sign in at app.autodocs.work (or open the mobile app).
Go to Account → Security → Delete my account.
Confirm your identity with your current password (or your email address for social-login accounts).

Sign-in is blocked immediately on every device.
You get an email with a cancel link that works for 30 days — change your mind within the window and everything is restored.
After 30 days your contact details and credentials — email, phone number, password, linked Google/Microsoft sign-in, profile photo, signatures and push tokens — are permanently erased, and sign-in is closed for good.
Project documents you authored remain — they form part of the construction record, so they keep showing your name as the person who recorded them. Deleting your account does not withdraw them from the projects they belong to.
