Your documents stay yours

Construction documents are contract evidence. Our continuity policy is part of the product, stated up front.

Read-only, never locked out
If a license ends, the project switches to read-only. You can view, search, download and print everything — forever.
No automatic deletion
We never delete project data when a license ends or a quota is reached. There is no retention countdown.
Renew and resume instantly
Renewing restores write access immediately. Nothing to migrate, nothing to re-import.
Documents in flow always finish
A document already moving through an approval flow completes its flow, whatever changes around it. Contract evidence is never left hanging mid-approval.
Sealed documents stay valid
A sealed PDF carries its own digital certificate. It verifies independently of your license status, forever.
Storage quota blocks new uploads only
Going over the storage quota stops new uploads. Existing files are never touched.

How the licensing works in practice.

Why per project and not per user?
A construction project is a team of companies — owner, engineer, contractor, designer — working on the same documents. Counting seats punishes exactly the collaboration the system is for, so a license covers the whole project team.
What does “unlimited” cover?
Every tier — including Basic — has unlimited members and unlimited documents. The tiers differ in which document types and modules are enabled, and in storage.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise starts at the listed price and is quoted per project — scoped to construction floor area (CFA), duration and the modules you enable. Tell us your project and we will come back with a quote that fits.
Can we change tier mid-project?
Yes. Moving up a tier is an activation, not a migration — your documents, workflows and history stay exactly where they are, and the new capabilities switch on for the same project.
What happens at handover?
The record stays. Every document, revision and approval remains viewable and downloadable after the project closes, whatever the tier.
