The Daily Report register now opens with a month-by-month calendar of the range being printed: a dot under every date that has a report (with a number beside it on days carrying several), holidays shaded and named underneath, and a summary of the report count, working days and holidays. Which days went without a report is visible at a glance.
A document type set to open at the camera on a phone works for every kind of photo field, not only the standard one — the Daily Report photos and the inspection photo widgets included. It also picks a field that is actually on the create form, so it can no longer aim at a camera belonging to a later stage.
Project administrators can add a photo field to any document type, setting a minimum and maximum number of photos, caption and area boxes, camera-only capture, and embedding the date, time and location on each photo. Attached photos appear on the document page, on the printed form, and in ZIP downloads (which now also include Daily Report photos, previously missing from the ZIP).
Photos can be attached when creating an inspection and when starting it, the checklist follows what the project administrator configured, and the review page presents the same information as the create form.
All document types are supported as before: RFA, RFI, SI (Site Memo), RI (site inspection), RW, VO, PMI, EI, Contract (including cancelling a published document), Safety Inspection, and Defects.
